So a guy walks into the gym…

Arrived at the gym 6:05 am. Stood on scale, heard groan, realized it was me. In my defense, they have changed scales so there is no accurate comparison with previous weight. Ya’ll bought that, right?

 Elliptical for 26 min 37 seconds, basically fell off. My endurance is for caca, heart rate pegged at 158 the whole time, thought I was going to die.

 Hot shower, into shop by 7:06. Just now got the strength to type email.

 Tomorrow, again. Maybe next week add the stretches and weights.

 Must get protein snacks to curb appetite, also need to get up a little earlier and have bowl of cereal.

 So, how are you doing?
